2008 DECLARATION OF FAITH

Isaiah 42:5-9 “Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:

I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;

To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.

I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.” KJV

2008 DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE!

A New Year, A Fresh Start! Eight is the number for NEW BEGINNINGS! As we enter into 2008, we openly declare our independence from bondage, captivity, sickness, disease, poverty, lack, want, discouragement, and every negative and evil word spoken against us, the saints of God.!

Isa 54:17 “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. “ KJV

This is a new day, and God’s Word is being manifested in the earth! The devil, our adversary “is as a roaring lion”, but he has no power over us! He is our accuser before God and man, the Word says that he is the father of lies! A deceiver, manipulator, and our enemy! Therefore the Word of God, tell us that regardless of what the enemy says or does, it will be in VAIN!!! We must openly declare our freedom from the yoke of oppression, we must recognize satan’s tools of depression, anger, frustration, low self-esteem, doubt, unbelief and most importantly FEAR!!

Now, is the time to speak life and that more abundantly over yourself, your family, and ministry!! We must speak words full of FAITH!! Jesus told Peter in Luke22.32 “But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.” KJV

THIS IS OUR 2008 DECLARATION BY FAITH!

I AM A CHILD OF GOD, A JOINT HEIR WITH JESUS CHRIST!

I AM THE SEED OF ABRAHAM, THE FATHER OF ALL NATIONS!

I AM BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED OF THE LORD!

I AM THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD!

I AM ANOINTED BY THE HOLY GHOST, AND SHALL DO GREAT EXPLOITS!

I AM BLESSED GOING IN, AND COMING OUT!

I WALK BY FAITH, AND NOT BY SIGHT!

I AM HEALED BY JESUS STRIPES!

I TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL MY HEART, AND LEAN NOT TO MY OWN UNDERSTANDING!

I WILL PRAISE THE LORD AT ALL TIMES, AND HIS PRAISES SHALL CONTINUALLY FLOW OUT OF MY MOUTH!

I WILL LIFT UP MY EYES TO THE HILLS, FROM WHICH COMETH MY HELP, FOR MY HELP COMETH FROM THE LORD!

I WILL BLESS THE LORD AT ALL TIMES!

I WILL PRAY UNTO THE LORD AND HE SHALL RENEW MY STRENGTH!

I WILL LIFT UP MY VOICE AND SING A NEW SONG UNTO THE LORD!

I WILL REJOICE AND BE GLAD!

I WILL ENTER INTO HIS GATES WITH THANKGIVING AND HIS COURTS WITH PRAISE!

I WILL NOT FEAR, FOR THE LORD IS WITH ME, HIS ROD AND STAFF COMFORT ME, HE PREPARED A TABLE FOR ME IN THE PRESENCE OF MY ENEMIES!

I AM MORE THAN A CONQUEROR THROUGH CHRIST JESUS WHO LOVES ME!

Each day verbally declare these words over your life!

John 6:63 “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” KJV

Apostle Williams is fulfilling the appointment that God ordained on her life as a spiritual leader, over-seer, administrator and counsultant for Bishops, Pastors, Ministers and those who serve in leadership to the Body of Christ. "The work is not new, I just finally accepted the title, knowing who I am, the precious anointing that is on my life, as I have labored all these years in the five-fold ministry. With age, comes experience and wisdom. I now have the wonderful opportunity to share the wealth of my 35 years in ministry, to assist and help others who labor for the upbuilding of God's Kingdom. I am no longer concerned whether people, or men receive me or acknowledge who I am, as long as I know that I fulfill the obligation and assignment that God has given me in this life time. "

Apostle Williams has been the major contributor and is responsible for Voices of Deliverance Outreach Ministries various community based programs and componets that continues to grow and expand every year.

"My endeavor, is to continue to pursue a Spirit of Excellence, in all that is set before me." The Bible says, "without a vision, the people perish." I have learned while Pastoring, that without people who are willing to run with the vision, given to them by the visionary, we struggle, become anxious, and seldom ascertain the divine destiny that has been set before us. This is the importance of knowing who we are in God, some have a kingly anointing, while others have been ordained with a priestly anointing, and still are those who possess the lepers anointing; each unique and for a divine purpose.

As I travel across the nations to minister, I have come to realize that the church today, loves good preaching; but sadly many in the body of Christ have rejected sound doctrine, refuse to receive instruction, lack teaching on basic biblical principles and despise discipline.

It is my prayer, that as God sends out the Apostles, Teachers, Evangelists, and Prophets to the nations; and Pastor after God's own heart, who will be the under shepards of His precious flock; that "those who are called by His name, will humble themselves, and pray, and seek His face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will they hear from heaven, and He will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." (IIChron. 7:14)
